This guy is crazy!I really think he should take Jay Cutler's advice and try in Hollywood, because I have a bad feeling that if he continues with bodybuilding and the "other things" he does, he might get injured soon, especially at greater bodyweight...

They are mostly pseudo-medicine. There is a mountain of evidence to suggest that they do just as much harm as anything else. Have a look at how many necks they break and strokes they have caused.
