lol i do some of the stuff, mostly heavy metal music. The spotting part and the equipment hogging are some of the highest douchebaggery in my books.

im the type of guy in the gym who acknowledges those type while working out, speaking out loud, cus i don't care. even if the guys bigger i don't care, i know no ones stupid enough to flip out in a gym.
