He's done a lot of these sorts of things over the years.

My yr7 teacher used to teach in prisons and met Arnie through these sorts of programs. He had a lot of respect for Arnie. But he always said that after being around prisoners, Arnie just looked small in comparison as the convicts had nothing else to do with their time and would just train, eat and sleep.

1974 was his heaviest ever, mate! Stay hungry it's from 1976.

But post 74 Olympia he signed up for Stay Hungry and had to lose a lot of weight for it, then he returned for the 75 Olympia as shown in Pumping Iron.
