Part 1 - Jim Lorimer talks about the 2013 Arnold Classic weekend
Part 2 - Arnold talks about bodybuilding today, the GUTS from the 2013 AC, and how the judges should not reward those who let it out lol. He also says that the bb'ers should bring back the classic look, the vaccum..etc This part is really interesting. (I really hope the judging will change and more physiques like Ced's will be awarded)
Part 3 - Arnold talks about Sergio Oliva, how he trained with him in 1969, some funny stories....etc
Part 4 - Arnold about movies..etc
Part 5 - Arnold about the next Terminator movie, and other recent/present things in his life.
