Maybe stupid to ask but where do you get the testosterone? Do you make it?

What is the normal testosterone range for a man in his 30s?

Here is a great chart, but it really depends. If your having the classic symptoms your total testosterone can be fine but your free testosterone may not be. The free testosterone is what is most important. These days we are even seeing men having estradiol deficiencies.
