i started when i was 12 weeks out from the date of the show
which would of been uhmmm around 1st of jan i think

cool, let me know if u do the INBA next year or even the a comp this year, afew of the other guys that i train with also post on mecca, we will come and watch you.

we are also going to watch the country classic, INBA, ANB, IFBB PRO Show, pretty much all the shows this year we r all gonna go watch them

he was petty big last year at the AUS GP, but wasn't he really unwell(sick) during that time of show
he placed just out side of 10th last yr aswel i think

The ANB is still on march 29th
but they moved the INBA to April.


If your after tickets for the ANB to come watch

Same with the INBA im pretty sure you can buy those at the door aswel.
