ive had to cancel my gym membership due to the times that i work, so ive started working out at home.

ive got a bench with inc/dec and flat positions.

but i dont have anything to replace the lat pull down machine. i dont have anywhere to put a pull up bar.

what exercises can i do to try and replace this ?

Use the branch of a tree or find a playground for pullups, chins etc.

How can you not have anywhere to put a pullup bar? No door-frames in your house?

Barbell deadlifts. One-arm dumbbell rows. Haney shrugs.
