Morgan has done a lot of the same role and it is annoying as he is better than that. I saw him and Gene Hackman in a great one-on-one character driven film (Interrogation of suspect style battle of whits) and they were both brilliant. Also reminds me of the subtleties he brings to a role.

I think it is because he is who they think of to fill a certain type of role in films.
