Several weeks ago we reported that Hustler Magazine would be publishing photos of Nancy Benoit in her earlier years in their March edition of Hustler. Since that time, the family of Nancy Benoit is seeking action and has file a lawsuit against the company,
This past Friday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas Thrash denied Maureen Toffoloni's (Nancy's mother) request for a temporary restraining order against the publication, basing his ruling on the First Amendment rights that provide for freedom of expression according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
