Just as a reply to those who asked and responded so kindly to my pic (I've been away all week so haven't been able to reply!)
I've been training on and off for 12 ish years (quite a lot of off) but only really been knuckling down the past 10 months or so. Although short bi's seem to be beneficial to peak the rest of my genes are shit, as is my metabolism and everything else so it takes a lot of work just to get to where I am at the mo. But oh well. And Tweak is right, I don't know my weight and ignorance is bliss. I'd be distraught if I got on the scales and saw what I think would probably be the actual weight!
Looking forward to seeing the outcome of this one anyway!
