1. Butterfly Machine (Chest Fly)
- 3 sets
- 12 to 15 reps
- Focus on full stretch and hard squeeze
- Keep elbows slightly down to target chest
- 4 sets
- 10 to 12 reps
- Use a slight incline, not steep
- Go heavy but controlled
- Deep stretch at the bottom
- 4 sets
- 12 to 15 reps
- Sit down and press downward
- Hold and squeeze at the bottom
- 5 sets
- As many reps as possible
- Lean forward to hit chest
- Do these near the end
- 5 sets to failure
- Always at the end
- Focus on pump and blood flow
- Train chest 2 times per week
- Take 2 to 3 days rest between sessions
