any book by Bill Lewellyn is good as are chemical muscle enhancement and building the perfect beast.granted the last two are highly debated by many people you have to take the good with the bad.check out piratebay.org.they have a file named fitness.rar and rapidlibrary.com.i've been able to download TONS of good info from these sites and i'm starting to print them out so i can read them easier.everything from medical research to training to aas you will find on these sites.sometimes i'll even go to the local college medical library to look at certain books i can't find online.
