Yeah between 98-2002 his arms were just inhuman.. (99) i think was best tough, then something happend.
His arms did definatley not get bad, but the extra cutting edge dissapeared for some reason.

He put on 40 pounds and the rest of his body got heaps huger so they stood out less!

yeah thats 1 reason, but look at pics from for example olympia 05 and compare with 99... his arms were freakier.

biceps identical to darrem charles but bigger. only thing he needs to work on here is gut stud out and hammies need dicing but he sorted that out in 2001. overall the best bodybuilder ever period
