I have always admired the bodybuilders of the golden age. They looked amazing! Now the feeling is that bodybuilders forgot that they should look good, and not just big ones.
Feeling like a bud, they would forget about such an exercise as a vacuum.
Many people say that they look like that because they eat a lot, or because I use farm. But did not they do it in the golden era?
