Big Red is one of the biggest reasons that I started bodybuilding. 2 and a half years and 50 pounds of muscle ago, I read an article on teen bodybuilding by Big Red and I couldnt stop reading his articles. To make a long story short, got the itch and the rest is history. Good to have him as a member here.
