that's what 8 always did and let the people who are more knowledgeable then myself. I can see if my rbc or estro lvls are wacked but anything else I am lostHi! It will be easier if you attach screenshot of your blood panel.
High hemacrit means that your blood becomes thicker than it should. Many sportsmen and who take steroids face with that.
The most common advice to low your hemacrit are drinking enough water and giving up cofee that cause dehydartion. In addition, you can stop smoking (if you do) and take some blood thinners.
As for hormones, I suppose you take test at the moment. In most cases lh decreases when a person gets test from injections, so the most effective way to low lh is stop doing test injections. Pay attention that low lh can neagatively affect on fertility. It's not a big deal if you don't want children.
For lowering your fsh you can take tamoxifen. For increasing both hormones you may take some vitamins (D and B) but be careful. D vitamin tends to accumulate in human body, so don't overdose with it.
To sum up, I recommend you drink enough water, give up drinking cofee and smoking (if you do), take some blood thiners and vitamins and, of course, sleep enough.
