Bob Cicherillo (NPC) & Eddie Robinson (Guest Posing) 1990
Watch the until the end & see where Bob places. It's edited for time. Bob Cicherillo really found his stride in the early 2000's after years of grinding it out. He was always one of the better posers but may not get the credit he deserves. That guy that announces at the Olympia every year was a pretty dang good pro.
