The Raw United Gary Gordon memorial armed forces championships Sept 14th in Palm Bay Fla were definitely memorable! 67 yr old Bob Gaynor came to lift big and that he did! Lifting raw Bob made lifts of 460 in the squat and pressed 340. He also pulled 595 missing 650 do to a back injury. Ever the hard nosed competitor Gaynor was very disappointed in his performance even though he set a new all time world record total for the over 60 220 class at only 202! This was his first contest in 2 years!
