Mt. Lebanon bodybuilder Sara Mouton and her husband, Thomas, pleaded guilty to illegally selling steroids online. The couple sold the drugs without accurate labels, directions for use or lists of ingredients. They also used fraudulent packaging and told their customers to mark their payments on PayPal as "training" or "posing". U.S. District Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan imposed a term of three years and ordered them each to pay a $5,000 fine.
