Renowned Ukrainian professional bodybuilder Oleg Zhur was born in 1965 in Odessa. He is one of the few athletes from the former Soviet Union to qualify for the Mr. Olympia championship, and, no less importantly, he was the first Soviet athlete to do so. Furthermore, Oleg Zhur is an International Master of Sport in weightlifting. Oleg has competed in many of the world's most prestigious bodybuilding competitions, including the Arnold Classic and Mr. Olympia.
