These are common myths you hear from bodybuilders or even "top gurus" in the industry. I'll add more when I can think of them. If you think I am wrong on any of them, please feel free to explain.
Fish thins the skin. MYTH!
Dairy foods thicken the skin and stall fat loss. MYTH!
Sugars from fruit(fructose) are just as bad as regular sugar(sucrose). MYTH!
