MHP Presents Victor Martinez and Branch Warren Train Chest.

While in Pittsburg, PA for guest posing, Branch Warren and Victor Martinez stopped by LifeForce Fitness to catch a quick chest workout.

Senior Web Editor Robbie Durand was able to video both Branch and Victor for a rare training video of the MD athlete's training together.

Yes they do... someone needs to get some scienmatific data on muscle wastage that BBers experience (eg Ronnies Left leg, tricep and lat, Dorians triceps... Plumbos whole body:bitelip:) In some of his body parts Branch shows signs of "Plumboism"... forearms and uper-arms (not the tricpes itself but flesh around it)

Anyone else think that Branch has a little...umm... dangerous form in bench press? Wonder if he get small injuries all the time. I am saying this because I have seen his training style :bitenails:

Got to love the way Vic's tricep (outer head) is almost tearing his skin out... incredible!
