i very much doubt branch is ACTUALLY like that when he trains but if he is........ seems to over the top, even when you compare it to ronnie the one man opera
and he REALLY REALLY needs to learn how to lift properly

I think he is like that when he trains at Metroflex but tones it down a bit when he is at other gyms.
