Hello everyone... It's been hard for me to do anything on my email account lately. Everything on my computer works fine but just when I log on to my account it freezes on me. It must be those nasty viruses; they are always in my business.

This week has been a pretty steady week for me. I'm going thru a different phase of my pre during this time. I still must work hard and focus on my goals though, as the travel season has arrived. Training is going well and appetite is back up since my last expo weekend.

Family life is really going well. Max is a bit of a momma's boy right now with his teething and everything. I just don't deal with crybabies, Max realizes, but Mommy will. He is a big boy and very strong. He loves talking in whatever language he speaks.

I got the opportunity to really test some of the new products. The new CELLMASS®NT is great and convenient. It's so much better to have those sticks handy. I just got the reformulated VOLUMAIZE® too, and boy was I really missing my VOLUMAIZE®; nothing compares to me. My wife really enjoys the N.O.-XPLODE™ IGNITER SHOT. I'm going to have to order her plenty more.

Hello everyone! I'm on my way to Russia! Yes, this should be a trip to remember to say the least, but it's going to be hard being away from my family for so long. My son is going to change so much before I get back. I will let you guys know how it goes once I get back, if I am out of the loop for a week. This is going to be a really long flight so hopefully I can get some zzzz's. I got my SYNTHA-6™ and TRUE MASS® on deck to get in my calories.

The holiday weekend went great. It was good to be around family and friends. Where I'm from we call it Resurrection Sunday. This is the reason for the season. So be blessed everybody. Until next time...

I wish him well because I believe he has a lots of potential but he has not really made significant improvements!

I hate critiquing IFBB pros, because obviously they got as far as they did, doing what they're doing. But I really feel like his legs could come up by reducing the weight, going full ROM, and slowing down the reps a bit. Im sure I'm beating a dead horse here.
