The man wasn't training smart at all. Him training with such intensity and vigor so soon after a hernia injury, plus the well known fact that he tore his hamstring. I wouldn't say the injury was well deserved but it was certainly inevitable. Some may say he trains hardcore, I personally would say he was training extremely arrogantly.
