"Brutal" Bertil Fox

When Bertil Fox came to the IFBB in 1981 he caused shockwaves through the IFBB pro ranks. He rivaled Sergio as the all-time mass king. A regular competitor through the 1980's, he could never quite eke out a win in the IFBB. On Sept. 27, 2002, Bertil's death sentence was changed to life in prison for the murder of his ex-girlfriend and her mother.

He truely had unbelievable thickness especially considering the era he competed in.

Bertil is one of my favourite old school bodybuilders. He had tremendous strength which you could tell judging by his thickly developed muscles, mostly his chest, delts and traps.

During the trial they quoted the bodybuilding mags "Brutal Bertil" etc. So unfair.
