With Farah he's not as conditioned, with Palumbo he's too flat. If I had to pick one, obviously Palumbo.

Where is the back double bicep shot??? I wouldn't be surprised if he looked better at the USA's in his back double bi.

I didnt include a Back double Bi because they didnt have one of the USA's on MD
