The light heavyweight title of Cage Warriors league will be contested by Norwegian Marthin Hamlet and Lithuanian Modestas Bukauskas on June 29 in London, England. Hamlet who is a wrestling standout has a fight record of 5-0 and Bukauskas who has a 4 win streak has a record of 8-2.

The fight was a clean one with not much hits and both fighters entered the 4th round with no marks on their faces. The younger Bukauskas found an opening that felled Hamlet and that was the opportunity for Bukauskas to do a relentless ground and pound that resulted in a referee stoppage. Modestas Bukauskas from Lithuania is now the Cage Warriors light heavyweight champion.
