This is one for the books because Captain America is so quick that his enemies could be licked in an instant especially when he uses his symbolic shield that is harder than steel. He can also leap high but couldn’t fly. And his strength is legendary. What’s intriguing is that Captain America is an ordinary person like you and me. Maybe he is just an expert in parkour that he can run at great speed and jump and roll and so acrobatic acts. Welll, that’s comics for you. Add to that the handsome face of Chris Evans then you have a blockbuster movie.
