Everyone should try to do things like this. Good on Cedric McMillan for working with kids.

The best thing ive ever done with my life... Starting this Youth Program. I can remember being a bad ass lil boy from the projects, getting kicked out of school and all that. Thankful that I can help these kids have a better start to their life with the life lessons ive learned in my Army and Bodybuilding careers.

Too bad Cedric McMillan wasn't at the 2017 Arnold Classic Europe! I was looking forward to seeing a better showing and placement than at the Olympia. He is a really good guy and a great bodybuilder. Probably one of the nicest guys in bodybuilding.

I may not be perfect, or a champion, or all the things that critics say I could be
But one thing is certain... I am thankfully ME... Who are u?

Cedric McMillan talking about guest posing in Texas last week.

So I got to guest pose last week at @johnjsherman show in Galvaston TX and I got to wear my favorite costume. The energy of the people so happy to see me refreshed my soul. And I was able to check my progress on stage which was helpful with my prep
Last time I was on stage was in vegas ?, much worse circumstances. But I realize every time u wake up is another chance to try again
Oh and I attached some pics of my woodwork... Got them on location but haven't put them up yet... And y'all will never guess so stop trying ?
