LMAO i remember him talking about this in a radio show... he also said that there was actually a military gym a couple of miles from where he was LOL..

While this is really cool (it shows motivation and ingenuity) it wouldve been much easier for him to jus tmake free weights instead of making actual machines out of wood lol.

if he was serious he wouldn't have made a seated calf machine or a smith machine (that doesn't work btw..)

Very cool that what i call gym maniac,before when i was younger i didnt have money for gym,i take 3 chairs and do pushups,and i get a big bag on my back full bottle of water to get some more weight and work,work,work,sorry for my bad english

well, looks like rebuilding iraq starts building a gym.

btw he looks smaller, i hope he can still train properly and show us what his body is capable of.

Because I can think of plenty of wood that is just as strong as any metal in commercial equipment.
