A Life of Drive: From Concord to the National Stage
Hayley McNeff was a lifelong athlete whose journey spanned equestrian sport, springboard diving, and skiing before she found her calling in women’s bodybuilding. She graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School and later earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where her curiosity for human performance evolved into a lifelong passion.
As an adult competitor, McNeff rose to championship status, earning recognition as a U.S. Bodybuilding Champion. In the mid-2000s, she built a reputation for her dense, conditioned muscle and commanding stage presence. Community tributes also recall her overall title at the 2009 East Coast Classic.
Beyond the competitive arena, she pursued graduate studies in psychology—motivated by a deep desire to understand and help others.
“A Bright Light”: How Family and Friends Remember Hayley
