"At Gaglione Strength one of our goals is to build a stronger community. Deadlifting is one of the best exercises you can do to build a stronger body and mind.
We made the contest DEADLIFT FOR JENKINS! Big Mike even though I knew him for only a short time was a good friend and I got his wife’s blessing to do the contest in his name so we are going to do the charity in honor of Mike Jenkins! Here is a little back story for how I know Mike for those that are interested. (and a little back story and why I am doing this)
It was Thanksgiving morning.
