I had a chicken fillet burger with sour cream and chilli sauce yesterday, from some local shop down the street. It was delicious.

If you guys want an awesome cheat meal, go to subway. Ask for a triple meatball with chicken fillets on top :gaygay:

here's a cheatmeal for you Dridds.

Protein ice cream:

50 grams of chocolate proteinpowder
20 grams of pure cocoa (the stuff that taste like crap if u don't mix it with something)
10 grams og vanilla sugar
1 teespoon og liquid sweetner (or whatever u guys have ? No cals in it though)
200 grams of plain fatfree youghurt (with neutral taste)
2 egg yolks
160 grams of eggwhite

First mix the cocoa, vanilla sugar and yolks.

Then put the youghurt + protein powder and sweetner in it and mix it well.

Beat the eggwhites till they rise and are really puffy. Mix it gently with the rest of the stuff and put it in the freezer till it have the desired firmness/form

Calories:

126,3/100 grams

Protein 15,6
carbs 3,6
Fat 5,5

The result:

Not really a cheatmeal since it's actually pretty healthy aside from the vanilla sugar - but it tastes like a cheatmeal :techn9ne:

peanut butter lemon chicken :)

take a piece of chicken (or more) put it in a bowl where you put following stuff in:

200ml lemon juice
1 spoon vinegar
paprika powder
italian seasoning
garlic salt
some pepper

lay the chicken in there for 4-5 hours and grill it

before you take it off, put a spoon of peanut butter on the chicken and let it melt in :keke:

well actualy it depends in whats your favorite food and try to combine it with a suplement ..
i like mixing rocky road ice cream and my protein and do a shake ..

100grams oats
1 egg white
1 whole egg
half banana
1.5 scoops of chocolate whey
200 - 250ml - skinny milk

Blend it up for afew seconds till its all mixed but making sure it isn't a watery mixture but a sticky and thick mixture

pre-heat frying pan for afew minutes or less

depends what size you make them, roughly 5 - 8 medium sizes of servings :tiphat:
