Just watched a chest and triceps training video that focused heavily on proper execution, muscle control, and maintaining a winning mindset.

The workout consisted of:
  • Seated chest press: 4 sets of 12 reps
  • Incline barbell press: 5 sets of 12 reps
  • Incline dumbbell flies supersetted with push-ups: 4 sets of 12 reps
  • Standing cable flies: 5 sets of 10 reps
  • Dips supersetted with rope pushdowns: 4 sets to failure
A major theme throughout the video was the importance of training with intent rather than simply going through the motions. The speaker emphasized controlling the weight, maximizing time under tension, avoiding ego lifting, and focusing on quality contractions to stimulate muscle growth.

Beyond the workout itself, there was a strong message about consistency and discipline. The speaker discussed how training changes as you get older, requiring a smarter and more structured approach to recovery, nutrition, and programming. According to him, long-term results come from maintaining standards, building habits, and showing up consistently rather than relying on motivation alone.

The video concluded with a mention of the new "Unfinished" apparel collection, a collaboration between CBUM and Gymshark.

Overall, it was a solid mix of practical training advice and motivational content centered on the idea of "training to win" rather than just training.
