Well well, it seems the log section over at the dungeon is pretty much dead, so I thought I'd move mine over hizere. Started a new routine today, and it went a lil somethen like this.

Chest
Barbell bench press - 10,8,5,10 Weight - 60,65,70,50 (kg) (decrease)
Dumbbell incline press - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 80,80,80,60 (lbs)
Dumbbell flat flye - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 50,60,80,50 (lbs)
Dumbbell Pullover - 10,8,8,10 Weight - 40,50,60,50 (lbs) (increase!)

Abs
Super Set
Decline bench sit ups & standing twists - 4 x 10 (no break)
V-ups - 3 x 15

Cardio
20 mins on bike course 4
10 mins on eliptical level 5
10 mins on treadmill
20 mins on bike

Good chest workout, gotta go up on the pullovers next week, maybe do a 70. Done extra cardio today because I drank on the weekend. Workout took about 40 mins (not including cardio), stretched and was outa there.

Legs
Leg extension (30 degree angle for knee rehab) - 5 x 10 Weight - 30
Leg press (half reps due to knee) - 10 x 10 Weight - 150 (kgs)
Stiff legged deadlifts - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 58,80,80,58 (kgs)

Super Set
Standing leg curls - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 30,40,45,30
Seated Calf Raises - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 49,60,69,49 (kgs)

I always switch the angles and my feet position on the leg press, because it's practically the only quad exercise I can do. Next week I might try putting my feet at the top, doing 10, then feet in the middle and another 10 and feet at the bottom with another 10, still counting that as 3 sets but not taking a break between the 3 sets, then repeating that but putting my feet a bit wider, but I'd still have to do 1 set by itsself. Well that was long and complicated lol. Couldn't go any heavier on the SLDL, my shoulder was a bit tender today and hurt a bit holding the weight, it has good days and bad, meh. Super set was different, only done so because I had limited time, otherwise I was going to do 10 x 10 on calf raises. Workout took about 50 mins all up.

good session chesticles, good numbers man, and that is a good approach u are doing with the leg press, u are working all the angles, chiseling out the wheels. keep it up man!

Words can't express how retarded you are man, I can't do ANYTHING on my knee except for leg press, and even that is half reps.

Bitch.

Anyway, got shoulders comin up soon. and everyone wish me a happy birthday, 18 today!
