The applicability and relevance of this depends on your goals. If you want huge quads (which I assume since this is a bodybuilding forum) wide-stance, low-bar, box-squats are just not the way to go.

If you compete in powerlifting or just desire strong hams, glutes and erectors, it's a whole nother situation though :)

In general I'd advocate that people who want big wheels learn to squat by and like weightlifters. Not by and like powerlifters.
