Computer Virus "Security Tool"

[RIP]

I recently picked up a virus on my computer called Security Tool. Trojan is responsibled for downloading and executing Security Tool. I was asked to purchase a version to remove it. It also told me my credit cards were going to be compromised.

I tried everything to remove it but nothing worked. I found the below link and it worked great. The scan will remove it for free. Geek Squad and other sites want you to pay.

my wife just downloaded this damn "security tool" and that is the file that infects the computer. Its a harder one to remove if you don't have anti virus to remove it. I had to update that particular HTPC to Windows 7 Ulitmate anyways so it was a reason for me to do it finially.
