Turk says he feels so terrible, he's going back to eating clean already. I told him to pig out, just don't go overboard. The problem is he's drinking too much water, his body obviously secreted a good amount of ADH and Aldosterone when he suddenly dropped his water and sodium for the day of the show. I told him if he just continues eating the same way for a few days, he'll lose weight from being 208. Right now his body is just retaining everything it gets, which would explain why he hasn't been going to the bathroom even off all the water he's drinking.

I got sick to my stomach as well right after from eating unclean. So I went back to eating relatively clean as well. It is also a habit that you form, it actually takes a while for you to get used to eating whatever you want when you want. And it takes your body a while to get used to eating crap again.

i did the same thing after 4 days of pigging out, i couldnt handle all the nice things, i started eating clean and back at training yesterday, Feels awesome to get back into training and geting ready for the next show
