I would say Roelly has the overall size over everyone, then Levrone, and then Phil with the best overall 3D look and pop.
Lee Priest had great and round triceps as well, and Jay had one of the best side triceps pose.
Eduardo Correa I think is there on the photo only for the cuts, but his overall triceps look small. Check his FDB, RDB or most muscular photos. Not impressive at all in those photos.
