I bought Turtles II a few years ago for shits and giggles, I ended up fast-forwarding it to the Vanilla Ice scene then turning it off. The first one is the best. Turtles in Timeis just silly.
And this is coming from a hardcore TMNT fan.

The first one was really great. The costumes were fantastic, and overall it had a pretty realistic look to it. It was dark and gritty, but had some good humour in it too. I still think it's bad-ass...
