Yeah exactly, hes 3% their and very water depleted. Upper body is shredded as hell!, but abs and lower body are still holding a tad bit water IMO

IMO he does not look like he has a 3% BF in that pic. Most of his "crazy" conditioning is due to him being vascular. He is in good condition but nothing we haven't seen before.
