crea-tech extreme?

hi people, I have a question for you guys I was looking into getting some creatine.I found some at the vitamin shoppe called crea-tech extreme made by bodytech. Its 16.99 for 2.5 lbs does that seem to be some cheap fugazi stuff? I have looked it up and only foud one post and all it said was "I hOpe it isn't made in china" What the hell does that mean either way thanks in advance
