Crossfit games of Reebok

I chanced upon on tv this Reebok Crossfit Games when I was in Taiwan last week. It looked like an endurance sports. One event has 10 barbells lined up in a row. The contestants would lift the barbell several times and do a jumping rope routine before advancing to the next barbell. Another event has 7 bales where the contestant would life a burpee bag over each bale and do some push ups before advancing to the next bale. The burpee bag weighs 100 pounds.

I remember hearing about a friend in school who was into the crossfit thing and sure enough I come to learn she makes a living off of it and all that good stuff. It seems to have really grown and I know I never would have guessed all of that.
