Comments;
It was an interesting workout, first time hitting lower chest since coming back to the gym after post contest, wondering how i would go with strenght wise, felt pretty good and had afair amount of energy to blast through the whole workout with a decent to solid chest pump towards the end of chest workout, biceps and forearms blew up in al arge amount of pump in them. felt great and looked awesome :gaygay: ,
not meny people around to ask for a spot, didn't worry me all that much and i wasn't looking to lift any crazy weight on a first chest day but in time that will come.

Yeah ive got about 2 - 3 different n.o supplements, so far SP250 is working for me, i just gotta find the right amount of scoops for best results.
im one of those guys that finds it hard to find a working n.o supp ones ive tried has never worked for me :disgust:

At the moment im just useing a 1 tablet form multi until it runs out
ive tried Animal pak multi, it seemed to be a good multi for me, contains roughly 10 - 12 pills but the price was abit much 44 packets for $50.

i was interested also in trying Orange triad by controlled labs, but truthly i hate their brand, ive tried 3 supplements from their brand and none of them worked so i wasn't going to lash out and spend money on their supplement line anymore, but as they say what dosnt work for some might work for others which result in trial and error till finding ones that work.

i dont wanna lead you away from controlled labs because their supplements didnt work for me,
O.N brand has a nice multi aswel as AST, but what also is better option is finding a multi that isnt just 1 tablet, but a mixture of pills to get more value and mg to grams per tablet of form of the vitamins needed, example like animal pak is one of those that has multi, multi tablets :keke:
