Workout Session: Upper Chest & Triceps

Comments: after coming off a contest and coming off some really good training sessions past few days i was ready to re-smash upper chest like last week and improve it more.

Warm up sets;
smith machine bar x 20
Smith machine bar + 20kg x 10
smith machine bar + 20kg x 12

Exercise: Smith machine incline ( our incline barbell machine really suxs, about only 5 people ever use it :49: )
Working Sets;
Smith machine bar + 70kg(154lb) x 3
smith machine bar + 60kg(132lb) x 7
smith machine bar + 60kg(132lb) x 6
smith machine bar + 55kg(121lb) x 6
smith machine bar + 55kg(121lb) x 6
smith machine bar + 50kg(110lb) x 7
smith machine bar + 50kg(110lb) x 7
Comments:Trying to push to my limit without a spot due to not meny people in the gym in the mornings which sucks in away, but did my best while performing my best with decent form isolating my upperchest, HUGE pump, i could really tell i hit the upper chest isolating it perfectly as only the upper area of the chest was pumped, to thepoint it where the pump was sore :49: , i was really happy with it and started off good,

Exercise: Incline dumbell flies
Working sets;
(20kg)45lb x 9
(22kg)50lb x 8
(27kg)60lb x 7
(29kg)65lb x 6
Comments: Wasn't sure where to start, felt abit confusing on what weight to use, started off with something light, seeing how it would go with form, felt good and easy, slowly moving up the weights through out the sets, 2nd set - easy, 3rd set - i was powering through it, 4th set - BINGO i found my starting weight for next time i do incline flies, with a mission to do 70lb - 80lb incline flies with a spot of course, form was really good with 65lb and i could really feel the chest working out with it, i cant wait for next upper chest workout, to increase abit on incline bench and test out 70lb - 80lb flies

Triceps;
Working sets;
Seated dumbell two hand extensions;
(36kg)80lb x 7
(36kg)80lb x 6
(34kg)75lb x 7
(34kg)75lb x 6
Comments: keeping arms locked straight and really giving the triceps a thrashing, felt good, will start off with 85lb - 90lb next time

Exercise: E-Z laying skull crushers
Working sets;
Bar + 15kg x 9
bar + 20k x 8
bar + 20kg x 6 (got me there had to really give it all)

Exercise: dumbell kick backs
Working sets;
(13kg)30lb x 7 & 8 ( each arm)
(13kg)30lb x 6 & 6
(13kg)30lb x 7 & 7

Comments: im really loving the dumbell kick backs i reckon they are a great tricep exercise that can really add some good shape and size to them.
Next time im going to try 35lb - 40lb

Overall Workout comments:
Energy: 8/10
Pump: 9.5/10
Workout: 9/10

i tried 3 scoops of Superpump 250 today, shit yeah!!! i found the right spot with the right amount of scoops now, 1 hour after my workout and my chest is still pumped :49:
awesome stuff so far
