Beautiful, but for the leg presses i just put heavy dumbells unto the foot press area.


Yeah pretty good thinking bro, we have 3 leg press's in our gym ill have to go back to useing the other ones they have a total of 4 polls to slam weights onto :keke: the other one only has 2, 1 on either side

I Had to give a good outcome in reagds to training quads, if i wanna keep the quad wobble logo :keke: , i cant wait till next week!.
im going to up the weights on leg press by another 60kg +
and another 10 - 20kg on squats :hyperguy:

i woke up this morning my quads were in so much pain!!! :49: i can to roll/crawl out of bed :49:

Workout Session: Lower chest & biceps




Warm ups;
Exercise: Barbell bench press
(bar)20kg x 15
30kg x 10
60kg x 8

Comments: chest quickly got blood running threw, slowly feeling a pump already, wasn't sure if i was going to do all barbell or half each dumbell and barbell so i went with the flow and did half and half.


Working sets:
exercise: Barbell bench press;
had to limit the R.O.M abit, no spotter and didnt wanna get stuck half way :49:

(176lb)80kg x 6


Working sets;
Exercise: Dumbell bench press
(36lb)80lb x 8
(38kg)85lb x 6
Starts at 1 minute mark area, sorry for the loudy grunts :49:

Comments: freaken awesome so far went in with my head up and wasn;t taking NO for an answer with saying "its to heavy" i didn't care, i went for it and wanted to improve from last week and i did :hyperguy:

Comments: yet again, i wasn't going to stick with 50lb from the start, if it felt light i would go heavier and i did, and wasn't going to say no to it. by the 2nd set of flies, my chest BLEW UP! i was walking Around like King Fuken KONG!! chest pumped like crazy i swear i could of put a bra on for extra support :49: i was so freaken happy with doing 60lb , im going to aim for 65lb flat flies for next week, my form was pretty spot on,


Biceps

Working sets;
exercise: barbell curls
(40kg)90lb x 9
(45kg)100lb x 5
(40kg)90lb x 7
Comments: felt good with a nice pump going into action and lifting pretty well.


Working sets;
exercise: standing dumbell curls
(20kg)45lb x 6
(20kg)45lb x 6
(18kg)40lb x 8
Comments: okay by now i was King Kong!!! arms pumped chest pumped, chest sticking out a mile and a half, veins on the bicep ripping threw and fully pumped, it freaken hurt and felt so weird :49: but it looked awesome
