Better idea.. Why not up the cardio and keep the calories higher? Non training days have Protein/Fat and training days Carb/Protein
Ketones affect brain function and are actually toxic to brain tissues.
The diet works, you just don't want to have to do anything that challenges your thinking while doing it, and you don't want to be on it for any period of time.
