Been off gear for a while and looking for suggestions. I’ve run a lot in the past, just turned 40, so I’m easing back in. Planning to go up to 300–400mg of test and 3–4 IU of HGH. Thinking about adding something else, but I want decent results without putting too much stress on the body. Open to any suggestions let me know what’s worked for you.
