I think he gained some maturity in those muscle. He looks fantastic if we forget about his calves.

He does look more complete a BBer than he usually does... ironically he does not hold as freaky a torso as he usually does... but legs (quads/hamstring) too look improved... calves? he has calves... really?

Perhaps, but remember Dennis always seem to look great before a show and fail to deliver when it counts. His main prob is his gut. If he can control that, he should do well.
